Brian Magoon has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Southern New Hampshire is his home. He has lived in the Derry and Londonderry area all his life, graduated from Pinkerton Academy, and still works among the towns he knows firsthand.
His real estate work includes residential property, small commercial property, and landlord and tenant matters. He also brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and advertising experience. Brian is a business owner and entrepreneur, and he is the former president of New England Cellular Communications, LLC.
Brian is married and has three daughters. He has enjoyed coaching his daughters and other children in local community programs and in AAU travel programs. Those years in the community are part of how he stays connected to the towns around him.
He serves clients throughout Southern New Hampshire and toward the Lakes Region. He has access to offices throughout New Hampshire, and he works with a team that includes agents serving the Boston North Shore in Massachusetts. The center of his own work remains Southern New Hampshire.
